The board of directors of Southgate Community Players is pleased to open applications for production staff members for our 2026-2027 season. If you are interested in directing, vocal directing, or choreographing one of our upcoming shows, please submit a director proposal via email to production@scponstage.com no later than May 8th. Candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview with the board to go over their proposal in fuller detail. Interviews with those who have submitted proposals will take place Thursday, May 21 between 6:30p and 10p at the SCP Corner Playhouse. If you are unable to attend this interview, please include that in your proposal email & we will make arrangements, this will not preclude you from consideration.

Proposals should include your artistic vision (including set, costuming, and casting needs), your conflicts during the rehearsal period, and your proposed fee. If you already have potential production team members in mind you’d like to work with, please include this information in your proposal. If you have any questions about proposals, please reach out to production@scponstage.com.
